1. YJH72 rare earth permanent magnet forming hydraulic press
This series of hydraulic press consists of three types: YJH72P(250kN, 630kN, 1000kN),YJH72F(250kN, 400kN, 630kN, 1000kN, 2000kN) and YJH72D(250kN, 400kN, 630kN, 1000kN). The machine adopts PLC control technology to realize the orderly control of each stage in the pressing process. The combination of hydraulic transmission and mechanical positioning ensures high consistency of the precision and density in the repeated positioning process and it allows fully enclosed device setting according to customer’s requirements.
YJH72P rare earth permanent magnet bidirectional forming hydraulic press in the pressing molding process, it adopts the method of synchronous, bidirectional and equal pressure with upper and lower pressure heads, so that the product is uniformly pressed by two directions, and the product has uniform density and high consistency.
YJH72F rare earth permanent magnet bidirectional forming hydraulic pressin the pressing molding process, it adopts floating pressing forming technology to make the ideal netral layer distribution of products.
YJH72D rare earth permanent magnet bidirectional forming hydraulic pressthe series press adopts frame combination structure andPLC control and can be equipped with automatic feeding mechanism, and the mould structure is simple, and easy to change. Both vertical or parallel magnetic field orientation can be obtained.

3. Oriented Electromagnet
1) Electromagnets features uniform magnetic field, high field strength and quick magnetization, and the copper water cooler in line compartmentensures continuous and stable operation.
2) PLC control and advanced silicon rectifierdevice are applied in electric control part with the continuously adjustable output voltage of 0 - 500V which has the functions of over-current protection, magnetizingunder current alarm, line package continuation, fast inversion, and so on.
